Zachary Resech
Estimating & Sales“Although every day may present a new challenge, there is always something that I learn and take away. I could not ask for a better group of individuals/management to work with.”
Starting at HBE in 2022, Zachary brings experience from the Minnesota Army National Guard, plus two years working in the industry to assess vehicle damage, coordinate repairs, and keep the lines of communication open between customers and the shop.
While away from work, you might find Zachary in the gym, golfing, playing hockey, hunting, or ice fishing.
Mark Nelson
Estimating & Sales“Whether it be trucks hauling goods to market, emergency vehicles keeping people safe, or school buses getting our kids to and from school safely, it gives me a sense of pride to be a small part of a company helping to keep the wheels turning.”
A member of the HBE team since 2013, Mark most often works with fleet customers on creating estimates. This role draws on Mark’s decades of experience working in the heavy truck collision repair industry.
Squeezing running and cycling in when possible, Mark stays busy with home-improvement projects, going to musicals, and spending time with family—including volunteering at his daughter’s school and watching her play sports.
Howard Elsenpeter
Body Shop Manager"I jumped at the opportunity to work with the Hoglund family after doing repairs for their dealership at a previous employer."
As HBE’s first employee, Howard joined in 2006 to help open the first shop, bringing decades of body repair experience. Today, Howard manages day-to-day operations and works closely with the HBE team and customers.
An avid hunter and fisher, Howard volunteers with Wishes and More. He also enjoys spending time with his wife Shannon and their dogs, friends, and family members who have dubbed him “the fun uncle.”
Monique Hoglund Bergan
Chief Administrative Officer“My parents have taught me a lot about business and the kind of person I want to be. I feel a positive energy from those around me, which makes it a welcoming place to work.”
Part of the third generation of the Hoglund family transportation business, Monique came aboard in 2015 to focus on general oversight, marketing, and accounting. Leading the administrative side of the business has been a natural fit with Monique’s previous experience working for a member of the U.S. House of Representatives and earning a law degree.
