Complete Paint Job

Operating as a commercial restoration shop, auto paint capabilities include RV painting, trailer painting, and equipment painting.

Here’s a look at a complete paint job, which can be part of the repair process:

A complete paint job process begins by disassembling the equipment or vehicle. This ensures each piece gets correctly painted and sealed.

After disassembly, sanding is done to remove any imperfections and old paint so that the new paint coats have a surface to grip onto.

The paint prep process continues with taping and covering for overspray to cover the parts that are not getting painted.

Next, the process of painting begins. This is typically done in sections—the cab, parts/ hood/doors, and box.

Then, it is left to cure in our paint booth.

After the paint has cured, it's time for reassembly.

Depending on the job, the final step in this process may be decals.
